摘 要:目的调查分析游泳抚触对新生儿发育成长的影响。方法回顾该院2018年1-12月期间护理的新生儿1 861例资料,从中择取256例新生儿,接受游泳抚触的新生儿128例作为研究组对象,另外未接受游泳抚触的新生儿128例作为对照组对象,研究组常规护理同时开展游泳抚触护理,对照组常规护理,比较两组新生儿的生理发育指标和神经发育生平。结果游泳抚触护理的研究组在平均摄奶量、睡眠时间、体重、头围、身长、神经发育水平评分均优于常规护理的对照组,且组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论游泳抚触对促进新生儿生长发育有着积极的影响,是一项具有很强实效性和推广价值的新生儿保健护理措施。Objective The effects of swimming strokes on the growth of newborn were investigated. Methods The authors reviewed the data of this hospital 1,861 newborns in the period from January to December 2018, selected 256 newborns,128 newborns with swimming touch as the study group, and 128 newborns without swimming touch as the control group.Results The swimming touch care group had better average milk intake, sleep time, weight, head circumference, length, and neurological development scores than the conventional care control group, and the data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Swimming touch has a positive effect on the growth and development of newborns. It is a neonatal health care measure with strong effectiveness and promotion value.
