儿童过敏性结膜炎与变应性鼻炎的相关性及鼻眼联合治疗效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探究儿童过敏性结膜炎与变应性鼻炎的相关性及鼻眼联合治疗效果。方法方便选取2018年1月-2019年1月在惠州市中大惠亚医院耳鼻咽喉科住院的220例过敏性结膜炎患儿和220例变应性鼻炎患儿为研究对象,分析过敏性结膜炎与变应性鼻炎的关系,对过敏性结膜炎结合变应性鼻炎的81例患儿进行分组,分为参照组与研究组,给予参照组常规点眼治疗,给予研究组鼻眼联合治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果过敏性结膜炎患儿中合并症38例,变应性性鼻炎患儿合并症43例,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.475,P>0.05)。比对两组患儿的治疗有效率,研究组明(92.68%)显优于参照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.698 P<0.05)。比对两组患儿治疗后的症状积分与荧光素角膜染色评分,研究组改善优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过敏性结膜炎与变应性鼻炎具有相关性,实施鼻眼联合治疗效果更佳。Objective To investigate the relationship between allergic conjunctivitis and allergic rhinitis in children.Methods Convenient selection of 220 children with allergic conjunctivitis and 220 children with allergic rhinitis hospitalized in the department of otolaryngology, Zhongda Huiya hospital of Huizhou city from January 2018 to January2019 were selected as subjects to analyze the relationship between allergic conjunctivitis and allergic rhinitis. Atotal of 81 children with allergic conjunctivitis combined with strain were divided into the reference group and the study group. The patients in the reference group were given routine eye-pointing treatment and the study group was given nasal-eye combined treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results Among the children with allergic conjunctivitis, 38 had comorbidities, and 43 had comorbidities with allergic rhinitis. The difference between the groups was(χ~2=0.475,P>0.05). Compared with the effective rate of the two groups, the study group(92.68%) was significantly better than the control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.698 P<0.05). Comparing the symptom scores and fluorescein corneal staining scores of the two groups after treatment, the improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Allergic conjunctivitis is related to allergic rhinitis, and the combination of nose and eye is more effective.
