碘海醇及泛影葡胺在子宫输卵管造影检查中的应用比较

摘　　要：目的比较分析碘海醇及泛影葡胺在子宫输卵管造影检查中的应用价值。方法 2017年11月-2019年6月,方便选取该院收治112例行子宫输卵管造影检查患者,按照随机数字法将112例病例分为两组分别给予泛影葡胺与碘海醇,对比两组造影效果。结果观察组56例患者的造影图像优良率96.42%高于对照组的76.79%(χ~2=10.291,P=0.001)。观察组56例患者检查中与检查后的总副反应发生率8.93%、VAS评分(2.28±1.09)分均小于对照组的25.00%、(3.67±1.26)分(χ~2=8.779,t=10.982,P<0.05)。观察组56例患者的满意度评分(9.22±1.45)分高于对照组的(7.03±1.34)分(t=4.309,P=0.004)。结论碘海醇在子宫输卵管造影检查中应用,安全性高,图像质量有保证,值得应用。Objective To compare and analyze the application value of iodohyl and dextramine in hysterosalpingography.Methods From November 2017 to June 2019, 112 patients with hysterosalpingography were admitted to the hospital.According to the random number method, 112 cases were convenienty divided into two groups, which were given megluminediatrizoate and iodohyl respectively, and the contrast effect of the two groups was compared. Results The excellent and good rate of imaging images in 56 patients in the observation group was 96.42%, which was higher than that in the control group 76.79%(χ~2=10.291,P=0.001). The incidence of total side effects in 56 patients in the observation group was 8.93%. The VAS score(2.28±1.09)points was lower than that in the control group 25.00% and(3.67±1.26)points(χ~2=8.779,t=10.982,P<0.05). The total incidence of side effects in the observation group was 8.93%. The VSA score(2.28 ±1.09)points was lower than that in the control group(3.67 ±1.26)points. The satisfaction score of 56 patients in the observation group(9.22 ±1.45)points was higher than that in the control group(7.03 ±1.34)points(t =4.3094,P =0.004,).Conclusion The application of iodosea alcohol in hysterosalpingography is of high safety and high image quality.
