摘　　要：目的探讨全程护理干预对行腹腔镜下肾盂输尿管成形术患儿术后并发症及护理满意度的影响。方法方便选择2017年1-12月于该医院泌尿外科择期行经脐腹腔镜下离断式肾盂输尿管成形术治疗的68例患儿作为对照组,2018年1-12月的85例患儿作为观察组。对照组按照临床护理路径进行常规护理,观察组给予全程护理干预。比较两组患儿的术后并发症发生率,评价两组患儿家长的护理满意度。结果观察组术后并发症发生率为2.35%,明显低于对照组的10.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.782,P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度评分为(4.62±1.08)分,明显高于对照组的(3.96±0.82)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.004,P<0.05)。结论临床上对开展离断式肾盂输尿管成形术患儿进行针对性围术期护理,患儿及家长的护理满意度高,术后的并发症少,提高了护理质量,值得进一步的推广和应用。Objective To investigate the effect of whole-course nursing intervention on postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of children undergoing laparoscopic pyeloplasty. Methods From January 2017 to December 2017, 68 cases of children who underwent percutaneous laparoscopic pelopeloureteroplasty in the urology department of the hospital were convenienty selected as the control group, and 85 cases from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group. The control group carried out routine nursing according to the clinical nursing path, and the observation group received whole-course nursing intervention. The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups, and the nursing satisfaction of parents was evaluated. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.35%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.29%). The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.782, P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(4.62±1.08) points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(3.96 ±0.82) points, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.004, P<0.05). Conclusion The perioperative nursing of children with ureteropelvic ureteral angioplasty is performed clinically. The nursing satisfaction of children and parents is high, the postoperative complications are few, and the quality of nursing is improved. It is worth further promotion and application.
