针灸手法联合康复疗法治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的对在脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床治疗中实施针灸联合康复疗法的疗效进行分析和研究。方法方便选择该院在2017年1月-2018年7月期间收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者共计80例作为该次研究的纳入对象,按照患者的就诊日期单双号,将其划分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。采用康复疗法对对照组予以治疗,在对照组的基础上,联合应用针灸手法对观察组予以治疗,分析和比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组中有8例痊愈,7显效,13例好转,12无效,总有效率为70.0%,观察组中有17例痊愈,12例显效,7例好转,4无效,总有效率为90.0%。观察组的总有效率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=18.455,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel评分相比差异无统计学意义(t=0.559、0.326,P>0.05)。对照组治疗后的Fugl-Meyer评分为(54.3±4.7)分,Barthel评分为(66.2±5.9)分,观察组治疗前的Fugl-Meyer评分为(75.8±6.2)分,Barthel评分为(83.1±6.7)分。两组患者治疗后的Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel评分相比差异有统计学意义(t=2.873、3.177,P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中偏瘫患者采用针灸联合康复疗法进行治疗具有确切的效果,能够极大改善患者的肢体运动功能,并且提升其日常生活能力。Objective To analyze and study the curative effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy in the clinical treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to a hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were convenienty selected as subjects for this study. According to the patient’s date of treatment, they were divided into control group and observation group. There are 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rehabilitation therapy. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results In the control group, 8 cases were cured, 7 were markedly effective, 13 cases were improved, 12 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 70.0%. In the observation group, 17 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases were improved, 4 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.0%. The total effective rate of the observation group was statistically significantly different from that of the control group(χ~2=18.455, P<0.05). The Fugl-Meyer score and the Barthel score before treatment were not statistically significantly different between the two groups(t =0.559, 0.326, P >0.05). The Fugl-Meyer score of the control group was(54.3±4.7)points and the Barthel score was(66.2±5.9) points. The Fugl-Meyer score before treatment was(75.8±6.2)points and the Barthel score was(83.1±6.7) points. The Fugl-Meyer score and the Barthel score after treatment were statistically significantly different between the two groups(t =2.873, 3.177, P <0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy for stroke patients with hemiplegia has a definite effect,which can greatly improve the limb movement function of patients and improve their daily living ability.
