摘 要:目的:观察精细化管理在静脉用药调配中心医院感染防控中的应用效果。方法:选取静脉用药调配中心于2019年1月起实施精细化管理前后各1000例患者的临床资料,比较实施精细化管理前后患者医院感染发生情况,以及中心内部人员及物品消毒情况。结果:精细化管理后,静脉输液患者医院感染发生率为0.5%,明显低于管理前的2.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后科室空气消毒灭菌、内部物表、生物安全柜、工作人员手卫生检测水平均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精细化管理后静脉药物配置人员业务水平(环境控制、药品配置、药物管理)显著提高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化管理在静脉用药调配中心医院感染防控中可降低医院感染率,提高内部人员业务水平和消毒水平。Objective: To analyze Application effects of fine management of pharmacy intravenous admixture service on hospital infection prevention and control. Methods: The fine management was implemented in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service since January 2019. The clinical data of 1000 patients before and after the management were selected and analyzed. Then, the incidence of hospital infections of the patients and the disinfections of personnel and items in the center before and after the implementation of fine management were compared. Results: After the fine management, the incidence of hospital infection of the patients with intravenous infusion was 0.5%, which was significantly lower than 2.2% before the fine management, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the fine management, the air sterilization of the department and the hygiene levels of the internal objects, the biological safety cabinet, and the staffs were higher than those before the fine management, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, after the fine management, the business levels of the pharmacy intravenous admixture service personnel(environmental control, drug dispensing, drug management) were significantly higher than those before the fine management, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The application of the fine management in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service can reduce the incidence of hospital infection and improve the levels of internal staff business and disinfection.
