杯状举宫器在腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察杯状举宫器在腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取200例行腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组未采用举宫杯行腹腔镜全子宫切除术,观察组采用举宫杯行腹腔镜全子宫切除术。比较两组术中、术后相关指标水平及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组,手术时间、环切阴道时间、住院时间、术后排气时间及下床活动时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.00%(5/100),明显低于对照组的22.00%(22/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者术中采用杯状举宫器可减少术中出血量和并发症发生率,以及缩短手术时间、环切阴道时间、住院时间、术后排气时间和下床活动时间,其效果优于未采用举宫杯的效果。Objective:To observe application effects of cup-shaped uterus lifting device in patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods:200 patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100)according to the random number table method.The observation group used the uterus lifting cup for the total laparoscopic hysterectomy,while the control group did not use the uterus lifting cup.Then,the intraoperative and postoperative indexes and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group;the operation time,circumcision time,hospitalization time,postoperative exhaust time,and out-ofbed activity time were significantly shorter than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 5.0%(5/100),which was significantly lower than that the control group of 22.0%(22/100),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:In the patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy,the cup-shaped uterus lifting device can reduce the intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of complications,and shorten the operation time,circumcision time,hospitalization time,postoperative exhaust time and out-of-bed activity time.Moreover,it is superior to those without the uterus lifting cup.
