“超觉静坐”法对征兵体检者血压脉搏稳定性影响

摘　　要：目的探讨"超觉静坐"法干预对征兵体检者血压脉搏稳定性的影响。方法从2016年7月-2018年7月征兵体检人群中检出脉搏、血压超过标准者107人,随机将他们分为两组,第1组对照组,嘱征兵体检者休息20 min重测。第2组实验组,"超觉静坐"法20 min后重测,比较干预前后征兵体检者脉搏、血压等项目。结果干预前组征兵体检者的脉搏、血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后对照组脉搏(97.01±10.12)次/min,舒张压(87.99±7.52)mmHg,收缩压(148.06±7.54)mmHg,实验组脉搏(89.68±6.85)次/min,舒张压(84.15±5.94)mmHg,收缩压(138.45±6.33)mmHg,2两组征兵体检者脉搏、血压比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对征兵体检脉搏、血压升高者,采用"超觉静坐"法进行干预,能提升医务人员效率,操作简便,更重要的是能降低脉搏、血压,对征兵体检工作意义重大。Objective To investigate the influence of "Transcendental Meditation" intervention on the stability of blood pressure and pulse in recruiters. Methods From July 2016 to July 2018, 107 people with pulse and blood pressure exceeding the standard were detected. They were randomly divided into two groups, the first group was the control group,and the recruited medical examiners were asked to rest for 20 minutes and retested. The second group was experimental group, the "transcendental meditation" method was retested after 20 minutes, and the pulse, blood pressure, and other items were compared before and after intervention. Results There was no statistically significant difference in pulse and blood pressure between the two groups of recruiters before the intervention(P>0.05). After the intervention, the control group had pulse(97.01±10.12) times/min, diastolic blood pressure(87.99±7.52) mmHg, systolic blood pressure(148.06±7.54) mmHg,experimental group pulse(89.68±6.85) times/min, diastolic blood pressure(84.15±5.94) mmHg, systolic blood pressure(138.45 ±6.33) mmHg, the difference in pulse and blood pressure between the two groups of medical examinations was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The use of "transcendental meditation" to intervene in patients who have increased pulse and blood pressure during military examination can improve the efficiency of medical staff, easy to operate,and more importantly, can reduce pulse and blood pressure. It is of great significance to the medical examination during military recruitment and is worth promoting clinically.
