摘  要:目的比较超声弹性成像(UE)和高频彩色多普勒超声(HFCDU)对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法方便选取2018年1月-2019年6月因乳腺占位病变而就诊的40例患者,依次实行HFCDU检查、UE检查。比较两种方法的准确率、误诊率、特异性、敏感性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值。结果 UE的准确率为92.00%,优于HFCDU的72.00%,其误诊率为8.00%,低于HFCDU的28.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.775,P=0.009<0.05)。UE的特异性、敏感性分别为90.00%和85.00%,优于HFCDU的70.00%和60.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.000、6.270,P=0.025、0.012<0.05)。UE的阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为86.00%和90.00%,优于HFCDU的32.00%和36.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=30.136、29.340,P=0.000、0.000<0.05)。结论 UE诊断乳腺占位病变性质比HFCDU价值更高,其不仅具有更加优秀的准确性及敏感性、特异性,其阴性、阳性预测值也相对更高,可以作为乳腺癌的有效评估方法在临床中积极运用。Objective To compare the diagnostic value of ultrasound elastography(UE) and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound(HFCDU) for breast cancer. Methods A total of 40 patients who were diagnosed with breast mass lesions from January 2018 to June 2019 were convenient selected, and HFCDU and UE examinations were performed in this order. The accuracy, misdiagnosis rate, specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the two methods were compared. Results The accuracy rate of UE was 92.00%, which was better than 72.00% of HFCDU. Its misdiagnosis rate was 8.00%, which was lower than 28.00% of HFCDU. The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.775,P=0.009<0.05). The specificity and sensitivity of the UE were 90.00% and 85.00%, respectively, which were better than 70.00% and 60.00% of the HFCDU. The differences were statistically significant(χ~2=5.000, 6.270, P=0.025, 0.012<0.05). The positive and negative predictive values of UE were 86.00% and 90.00%, respectively, which were better than 32.00% and36.00% of HFCDU, and the differences were statistically significant(χ~2=30.136,29.340, P=0.000, 0.000<0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of breast mass lesions by UE is more valuable than HFCDU. It not only has better accuracy, sensitivity and specificity, but also has relatively higher negative and positive predictive values. It can be used as an effective assessment method for breast cancer in clinical practice. Active use.
