百全毫米波联合醋酸曲安奈德注射液治疗肱骨外上髁炎的近期疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨百全毫米波联合醋酸曲安奈德注射液治疗肱骨外上髁炎的近期疗效。方法方便选取2016年3月—2018年9月在潍坊医学院附属淄博市第一医院治疗的66例肱骨外上髁炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组给患处使用醋酸曲安奈德+盐酸利多卡因局部封闭;观察组给患处使用醋酸曲安奈德+盐酸利多卡因局部封闭的基础上给予百全毫米波治疗仪治疗比较两治疗不同时间段疼痛及肘关节功能恢复程度,并随访观察两组的近期复发率。结果观察组治愈率显著高于对照组[78.78%(26/33)vs 51.51%(17/33)],差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.405,P<0.05);观察组治疗后1 d疼痛VSA评分(1.22±1.18)分低于对照组(1.23±1.20)分,差异有统计学意义(t=0.034,P>0.05),治疗后7 d和14 d观察组患者VSA评分(1.23±1.18)分、(1.26±1.09)分低于对照组(2.49±1.39)分、(2.79±2.11)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.970、3.701,P<0.05);对照组1例出现注射部位局部红肿,3 d后消失,两组患者均无明显不良反应发生;随访4周后观察组复发率3.03%(1/33)低于对照组复发率18.18%(6/33),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.995,P<0.05)。结论百全毫米波联合醋酸曲安奈德治疗肱骨外上髁炎,临床疗效好。Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of Baiquan millimeter wave combined with triamcinolone acetate injection in the treatment of epicondylitis of the humerus.Methods 66 patients with epicondylitis humerus treated at the First Hospital of Zibo City,Weifang Medical College from March 2016 to September 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group used triamcinolone acetate+lidocaine hydrochloride to locally seal the affected area;the observation group gave the 100%millimeter wave therapeutic device based on triamcinolone acetate+lidocaine hydrochloride to the affected area.The pain and the recovery of elbow joint function between the two treatments at different time periods were compared.Results The cure rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group[78.78%(26/33)vs 51.51%(17/33)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.405,P<0.05);1 d after treatment in the observation group of pain VSA score(1.22±1.18)points was lower than the control group(1.23±1.20)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=0.034,P>0.05).The VSA scores of the observation group patients at 7 and 14 days after treatment(1.23±1.18)points,(1.26±1.09)points were lower than those in the control group(2.49±1.39)points,(2.79±2.11)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.970,3.701,P<0.05);1 case of the control group had local swelling at the injection site,disappeared after three days,no significant adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients;the recurrence rate in the observation group was 3.03%(1/33)after follow-up 4 weeks compared with 18.18%(6/33)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.995,P<0.05).Conclusion Baiquan millimeter wave combined with triamcinolone acetate for the treatment of humeral epicondylitis has good clinical effect.
