摘　　要：目的研究对患有低位复杂性肛瘘患者的临床治疗中使用Hanley手术方法进行治疗带来的临床效果。方法方便选取2016年1-12月在该院就诊的患有患有低位复杂性肛瘘疾病的患者共计68例,对这些患者使用Hanley手术的方式进行治疗,观察其带来的临床效果。结果对这些患者使用Hanley手术治疗方式进行干预后,带来了显著的临床效果,所有患者均治愈,患者的住院时间都在14~21 d之间,术后仅有7例患者出现尿潴留症状,在手术结束后对这些患者进行12~24个月的随访调查,发现患者没有出现病情再次复发的状况,且肛门没有出现功能障碍,恢复状况良好;术后对患者的肛管压力进行测试,其直肠静息压(1.0±0.2)kPa、肛管道静息压(4.8±0.7)kPa、肛管舒张压(5.4±1.6)kPa、最大压榨压(4.1±0.5)kPa和术前相比有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(t=2.531、2.723、2.441、2.402,P<0.05)。结论在对患有低位复杂性肛瘘患者的临床治疗工作中,使用Hanley手术进行干预,能够带来显著的临床效果,可以有效改善患者预后,而且病情不易复发,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of Hanley’s operation in the treatment of patients with low complex anal fistula. Methods A total of 68 patients with low complex anal fistula from January to December 2016 were selected and treated with Hanley operation to observe the clinical effect. Results The intervention of these patients with Hanley surgical treatment brought significant clinical results. All patients were cured. The hospital stay was between 14 d and 21 d. Only 7 patients developed urinary retention after surgery. After the operation, the patients were followed up for 12-24 months. The patients were found to have no recurrence of the disease, and the anus did not have dysfunction. The recovery was good.The patient’s anal canal pressure was tested after surgery. Resting pressure(1.0±0.2)kPa, anal canal resting pressure(4.8±0.7)kPa, anal canal diastolic pressure(5.4±1.6)kPa, maximum crushing pressure(4.1±0.5)kPa and significant improvement compared with preoperative, the difference has statistical significance(t=2.531, 2.723, 2.441, 2.402, P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with low complex anal fistula, the use of Hanley operation intervention can bring significant clinical effect, can effectively improve the prognosis of patients, and the condition is not easy to recur, it is worth clinical promotion.
