腹腔镜联合阴式全子宫切除术的术中观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜联合阴式全子宫切除术的术中观察及护理。方法方便选取该院2018年1月-2019年1月行腹腔镜联合阴式全子宫切除术治疗的40例患者为对象,予以全过程术中观察及护理,分析其护理效果。结果护理后,患者焦虑状态-特质问卷评分是(41.43±1.15)分,一般自我效能评价量表是(8.53±0.15)分,尊严量表评分是(42.38±1.35)分,Herth希望指数是(43.28±1.26)分,均优于护理前,差异有统计学意义(t=30.034、25.034、35.034、34.162,P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜联合阴式全子宫切除术患者展开全过程术中观察及护理可有效改善其不良情绪、自我效能,进而提升其尊严水平与希望指数。Objective To investigate the intraoperative observation and nursing of laparoscopic combined with vaginal hysterectomy. Methods Convenient select 40 cases of patients who underwent laparoscopic vaginal hysterectomy during January 2018 to January 2019 as the objects, randomly divided into two groups according to the computer digital table method, all of these was underwent intraoperative observation and nursing, analyze the nursing effect. Results After nursing,the scores of anxiety-trait questionnaires was(41.43±1.15)points, the general self-efficacy evaluation scale was(8.53±0.15)points, the patient dignity inventory scale was(42.38±1.35)points, the herth hope index was(43.28±1.26)points, all were better than before nursing, with statistically significant(t =30.034, 25.034, 35.034, 34.162, P <0.05). Conclusion Intraoperative observation and nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic combined with vaginal hysterectomy can effectively improve their negative emotions and self-effects, and thus improve their dignity level and hope index.
