摘 要:目的分析术前肺功能锻炼配合术后综合物理疗法在肺癌手术患者中的运用。方法便利选择该院于2018年6月-2019年4月收治的119例肺癌手术患者为研究对象,分成对照组与配合组,分别给予两组常规围术期护理、术前肺功能锻炼配合术后综合物理疗法。对比两组术后恢复状况、术后并发症发生率、肺功能指标变化、生活质量及焦虑评分变化、护理满意度。结果配合组术后胃肠功能恢复时间(2.86±0.72)d、住院时间(6.57±1.72)d,优于对照组(t=2.350、2.490、P<0.05)。配合组术后并发症发生率1.64%,低于对照组(χ~2=5.730,P<0.05)。配合组护理后FVC(68.06±5.64)%、FEV1%(76.44±5.61),优于对照组(t=11.080、6.740,P<0.05)。配合组护理后生活质量(64.92±5.28)分及焦虑评分(44.82±4.92)分均优于对照组(t=5.920、5.170,P<0.05)。配合组护理满意度98.36%,高于对照组(χ~2=5.730,P<0.05)。结论术前肺功能锻炼配合术后综合物理疗法用于肺癌手术患者,可促进患者肺功能的恢复,并保障其术后康复安全。Objective To analyze the application of preoperative pulmonary function training combined with postoperative comprehensive physical therapy in patients with lung cancer surgery. Methods Convenient select a total of 119 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into the control group and the matched group. The two groups were given regular perioperative nursing and preoperative pulmonary function training. After comprehensive physiotherapy. The postoperative recovery status,postoperative complication rate, changes in lung function indexes, quality of life and anxiety scores, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Gastrointestinal function recovery time(2.86±0.72)d and hospital stay(6.57±1.72) d were better in the combination group than in the control group(t =2.350, 2.490, P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the coordination group was 1.64%, which was lower than that in the control group(χ~2=5.730,P<0.05). The FVC(68.06±5.64)% and FEV1%(76.44±5.61) in the combination group were better than those in the control group(t =11.080,6.740,P <0.05). The quality of life(64.92 ±5.28)points and anxiety score(44.82 ±4.92)points of the cooperation group were better than those of the control group(t =5.920, 5.170, P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the coordination group was 98.36%, which was higher than that of the control group(χ~2=5.730, P <0.05). Conclusion Preoperative pulmonary function training combined with postoperative comprehensive physical therapy for patients with lung cancer surgery can promote the recovery of lung function and ensure the safety of postoperative rehabilitation.
