血府逐瘀汤合参芪五味子片治疗失眠症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究血府逐瘀汤合参芪五味子片治疗失眠症的临床效果。方法随机将方便选取2017年3月-2019年1月该院诊治的132例失眠症患者分为两组,对照组66例单独服用参芪五味子片,观察组66例接受血府逐瘀汤合参芪五味子片治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、睡眠质量、生活质量。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.42%,高于对照组总有效率75.76%(P<0.05);观察组治疗2个月结束后、治疗结束后1个月睡眠质量评分为(7.51±1.64)分、(4.36±0.88)分,优于对照组的(10.46±1.86)分、(6.84±1.04)分(t=3.620、4.880,P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量生理、心理、环境、社会关系评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤合参芪五味子片治疗失眠症能够有效改善患者睡眠质量、生活质量,获得更高的整体疗效,有良好应用价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Chinese magnoliavine tablet in the treatment of insomnia. Methods Convenient select the patients with insomnia from March 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups. The control group of 66 patients received Shenqi Wuweizi tablets alone, and the observation group of 66 patients received Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Shenqi Wuweizi tablets. The two groups were compared for treatment efficiency, sleep quality and quality of life. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group 92.42% was higher than the total effective rate in the control group 75.76%(P <0.05). The sleep quality score of the observation group after 2 months of treatment and 1 month after the treatment(7.51±1.64) points,(4.36±0.88) points, which were better than the control group was(10.46 ±1.86) points,(6.84 ±1.04) points(t =3.620, 4.880, P <0.05);physical,psychological, environmental, and social relationship scores in the observation group after treatment all were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Chinese magnoliavine tablet in the treatment of insomnia can effectively improve the sleep quality and quality of life of the patient, achieve higher overall curative effect,and has good application value.
