摘　　要：介绍了高炉炉前布置型式、液压泥炮在炉前布置中的注意事项和基本工艺要求。从四个方面探讨了高炉炉前液压泥炮如何进行设计和选型:首先,确定泥炮的能力和机型;其次,在主机方面介绍了如何进行打泥机构和回转机构的设计和选型;第三,在液压电控方面介绍了液压泥炮的功能要求、设计和配置选择;第四,在自动化作业方面介绍了一些提高堵口效率和炉前无人操作技术。对于高炉炉前液压泥炮,本文为设计单位提出了详细的设计思路和方法,为钢铁公司和工程公司提供了设备选型的基本依据。This paper introduces the layout of blast furnace,the attention and basic process requirement.This paper discusses how to design and select Mud Gun of blast furnace.First of all,the paper introduces how to choose the type and capability of mud gun.Secondly,the paper introduces how to design and select the rotary and Plugging Mechanism.Third,the paper introduces the function requirements,the design and configuration of the machine are introduced in hydraulic electronic control.Fourth,the paper introduces some techniques of improving closing efficiency and furnace unmanned operation.In furnace equipment of blast furnace,this paper provides the basic design idea for the design of Mud Gun,and provides the basis for the steel company and the engineering company to select the equipment.
