探究系统化健康教育对小儿糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析探究系统化健康教育对小儿糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取在该院接受治疗的80例小儿糖尿病患者开展该次的研究,分组方式为掷骰子平均法,各40例。参照组使用常规护理,在参照组护理方式的基础上加以系统化健康教育护理的为研究组,比较两组不同护理方式的护理满意度及护理后血糖和血红蛋白的恢复情况。结果经比较护理满意度,参照组比研究组低很多(P<0.05);经比较血红蛋白和血糖的治疗,研究组显著比参照组好(P<0.05)。结论应用系统化健康教育在小儿糖尿病患者护理中具有显著的应用效果,并取得十分满意的护理效果,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of systematic health education on nursing of children with diabetes.Methods 80 patients with pediatric diabetes who were treated in our hospital were selected to carry out this study.The grouping method was the dice averaging method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group used conventional nursing care,and the systematic health education and nursing based on the nursing method of the reference group was the research group.The nursing satisfaction and the blood glucose and hemoglobin recovery of the two groups were compared.Results After comparison of nursing satisfaction,the reference group was much lower than the study group(P<0.05);after comparing hemoglobin and blood glucose treatment,the study group was significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic health education has significant application effect in the nursing of pediatric diabetic patients,and has achieved very satisfactory nursing effects,which has promotion value.
