摘　　要：目的探究老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的预防保健方法与效果。方法从2018年2月-2019年3月期间收治的老年糖尿病合并高血压患者中选取78例开展研究,将其随机打乱分组。规划组患者接受预防保健指导,普通组患者接受常规健康指导,比较两组患者病情管理效果。结果经指导后规划组患者血糖管理水平优于普通组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经指导后规划组患者血压管理效果优于普通组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病合并高血压患者采取预防保健指导,能够有效控制病情,对于患者身体健康水平提升意义重大。Objective To explore the preventive and health care methods and effects of elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension.Methods A total of 78 elderly diabetic patients with hypertension who were treated between February 2018 and March 2019 were selected for study and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the planning group received preventive care guidance,patients in the general group received routine health guidance,and the effect of disease management was compared between the two groups.Results The level of blood glucose management in the planning group was better than that in the normal group after guidance,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of blood pressure management in the planning group was better than that in the general group after guidance,and there were statistical significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking preventive care guidance for elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension can effectively control the condition,which is of great significance for improving the health of patients.
