摘　　要：特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)是全世界范围内常见且发病率逐年攀升的一种炎症性皮肤病,其与接触过敏的关系一直是受到关注的问题。既往研究得出一些相互矛盾的结果,本文将从AD与变应性接触性皮炎的共患率、二者合并发生的机制,以及AD患者该如何做皮肤斑贴试验等几个方面就AD与接触过敏的关系做一简述。Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a common inflammatory skin disease with an increasing incidence all over the world.The relationship between AD and contact allergy has always been concerned.Previous studies have produced some contradictory results.In this paper,the relationship between AD and contact allergy is briefly discussed from the aspects of the co-incidence rate of AD and allergic contact dermatitis,the mechanism of their combination,and how to conduct skin patch test for AD patients.
