摘 要:为研究超细砖粉对水泥粉煤灰砂浆性能的影响,采用超细砖粉取代部分粉煤灰配制水泥粉煤灰砂浆,研究不同超细砖粉取代率对不同强度砂浆工作性能及力学性能的影响。设计了3种强度等级(M7.5、M10、M15)的砂浆,且每种强度砂浆均有6种取代率(0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%)。结果表明:同一强度砂浆用水量随超细砖粉取代率的增加而上升;同一取代率砂浆用水量随强度的提高而上升;表观密度变化幅度很小;保水性得到一定改善,且当取代率为40%~60%时效果最好;砂浆抗压强度随取代率的提高呈现先上升后下降的趋势;抗冻性能指标随取代率的提高逐渐变大。In order to study the effect of ultra-fine brick powder on the performance of cement-fly ash mortar,ultra-fine brick powder was used to replace part of fly ash to prepare cement-fly ash mortar,and the effect of different ultra-fine brick powder replacement ratio on the performance and mechanical properties of mortar at different strength was studied.Three kinds of strength grade mortars(M7.5,M10,M15)were designed,and each strength mortar had six kinds of replacement ratio(0,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%).The results show that the water consumption of mortar at the same strength increases with the increase of the replacement ratio of ultra-fine brick powder.The water consumption of mortar at the same replacement ratio increases with the increase of strength.The change range of apparent density is very small.The water retention is improved to a certain extent,and the best effect is reached when the replacement ratio is 40%-60%.The compressive strength of sand slurry increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of replacement ratio.The index of frost resistance gradually increases with the increase of replacement rate.
