利巴韦林雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的效果及对血清免疫球蛋白、症状缓解时间的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎采用利巴韦林雾化吸入辅助治疗的临床疗效及对其血清免疫球蛋白水平、症状缓解时间的影响。方法研究对象选取该院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的小儿疱疹性咽峡炎84例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。对照组患儿予以常规治疗,观察组患儿在常规治疗的基础上联合利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗。连续治疗1周,观察两组患儿临床治疗有效率、血清免疫球蛋白水平及临床症状缓解时间。结果观察组患儿总有效率92.86%高于对照组76.19%(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后血清免疫球蛋白包括IgG、IgA及IgM水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组患儿上述指标水平较对照组升高(P<0.05);观察组患儿临床症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎采用利巴韦林雾化吸入辅助治疗临床疗效显著,可有效提高患儿血清免疫球蛋白水平,缩短症状缓解时间。【Objective】To investigate the clinical effect of atomization inhalation of ribavirin on infantile herpes pharyngitis and its effect on serum immunoglobulin level and symptom relief time.【Methods】Eighty-four cases of infantil herpetic pharyngitis admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=42)and the observation group(n=42)according to the random number table.The children in the control group received conventional treatment,and the children in the observation group received atomization inhalation of ribavirin on the basis of conventional treatment.The effective rate of clinical treatment,the level of serum immunoglobulin and the remission time of clinical symptoms were observed for 1 week.【Results】The total effective rate of 92.86%in the observation group was higher than that of 75.19%in the control group(P<0.05).Serum immunoglobulin levels including IgG,IgA and IgM in the two groups were increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of these indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of clinical symptom relief in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The treatment of infantile herpetic pharyngitis by inhalation of ribavirin can improve the level of serum immunoglobulin and shorten the time of symptom relief.
