角膜绷带镜对翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术后角膜上皮愈合的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析并研究角膜绷带镜对翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术后角膜上皮愈合的影响。方法选取该院2016年5月—2019年5月收治的56例翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植手术患者,随机平均分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者在手术后佩戴角膜绷带镜1周进行辅助治疗,对照组患者在手术后不佩戴角膜绷带镜。结果通过该次实验可得,观察组手术后2 h、手术后1 d、手术后1周的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分分别为(3.97±1.21)分、(3.01±0.98)分、(1.70±0.71)分;对照组手术后2 h、手术后1 d、手术后1周的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分分别为(5.71±1.34)分、(4.52±1.39)分、(2.37±0.72)分。观察组患者手术后2 h、1 d、1周视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分均优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(t=5.100,P<0.05);观察组手术后2 h、手术后1 d、手术后1周的角膜上皮的愈合情况评分分别为(4.57±1.51)分、(3.07±1.21)分、(0.47±0.20)分;对照组手术后2 h、手术后1 d、手术后1周的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分分别为(4.51±4.59)分、(4.36±1.52)分、(0.91±0.37)分。观察组患者与对照组患者手术后2 h的角膜上皮愈合情况评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者手术后1 d、1周的角膜上皮愈合情况评分明显优于对照组患者,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术手后患者佩戴角膜绷带镜效果显著。Objective To analyze and study the effect of corneal bandages on corneal epithelial healing after pterygium excision combined with autoconjunctival flap transplantation.Methods 56 patients with pterygium resection combined with autoconjunctival flap transplantation treated in the hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the observation group wore corneal bandages after surgery.Adjuvant therapy was performed for 1 week.The patients in the control group did not wear a corneal bandage after surgery.Results According to this experiment,the visual analogue scoring(VAS)scores in the observation group at 2 h,1 d,and 1 week after surgery were(3.97±1.21)points,(3.01±0.98)points,and(1.70±0.71)points,respectively.The visual analog scale(VAS)scores of 2 h,1 d and 1 week after surgery were(5.71±1.34)points,(4.52±1.39)points,and(2.37±0.72)points.The visual analogue score(VAS)scores of patients in the observation group at 2 h,1 d,and 1 week after surgery were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.100,P<0.05);2 h after surgery in the observation group of the corneal epithelial healing scores at 1 d and 1 week after surgery were(4.57±1.51)points,(3.07±1.21)points,and(0.47±0.20)points respectively;visual simulation of 2 h after surgery,1 d after surgery,and 1 week after surgery in the control group The scoring method(VAS)scores were(4.51±4.59)points,(4.36±1.52)points,(0.91±0.37)points.The corneal epithelial healing scores in the observation group and the control group 2 h after surgery were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The corneal epithelial healing scores in the observation group 1 d and 1 week after surgery were significantly better than those in the control group.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of wearing a corneal bandage on patients after pterygium excision combined with autoconjunctival flap transplantation is significant.
