米力农治疗难治性心力哀竭和常规治疗疗效 对比分析

摘　　要：目的进一步探讨米力农治疗难治性心力哀竭的临床疗效。方法选取该院2016年8月—2019年8月收治的90例难治性心力哀竭患者给予常规治疗以及常规治疗联合米力农治疗,比较临床疗效以及不良反应。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(χ2=5.576,P=0.018<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.22%,对照组为17.78%,观察组不良反应低(χ2=4.444,P=0.035<0.05)。结论米力农治疗难治性心力哀竭是治疗效果更加理想,安全性也相对较高,因此米力农治疗应该在难治性心力哀竭患者的临床治疗中存在应用价值。Objective To further explore the clinical efficacy of Milinone in treating refractory heart failure.Methods Ninety patients with intractable heart failure treated in the hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were selected and given conventional treatment and conventional treatment combined with milrinone treatment.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(χ2=5.576,P=0.018<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.22%,and that in the control group was 17.78%.The adverse reactions in the observation group were low(χ2=4.444,P=0.035<0.05).Conclusion Milrinone treatment of refractory heart failure is more ideal and safer,so Milrinone treatment have application value in the clinical treatment of patients with refractory heart failure.
