内关穴位注射地塞米松预防急诊剖腹产术后恶心呕吐的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究内关穴位注射地塞米松预防急诊剖腹产术后恶心呕吐的效果。方法选取该院2018年1—12月接受治疗的400例急诊剖腹产术后患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各200例。其中观察组实施内关穴位注射地塞米松预防,对照组实施常规方式预防,对比两组术后24 h恶心呕吐发生程度、不同时间段VAS评分以及心率和血压情况。结果观察组患者术后恶心呕吐发生率5.50%低于对照组24.00%(χ2=27.218,P<0.05),观察组VAS评分术后1 h(3.01±1.09)分、术后6 h(2.89±0.68)分、术后12 h(2.01±0.45)分和术后24 h(1.45±0.32)分均低于对照组(t=10.062、7.332、15.438、22.970,P<0.05),观察组急诊剖腹产术后患者SBP(110.23±3.82)mmHg、DBP(73.23±2.69)mmHg、HR(75.13±3.32)次/min低于对照组(t=20.772、24.796、36.876,P<0.05)。结论内关穴位注射地塞米松预防急诊剖腹产术后恶心呕吐的效果显著,且能够改善其心率和血压水平,减轻疼痛感。Objective To study the effect of dexamethasone injection at acupoints in Neiguan to prevent nausea and vomiting after emergency cesarean section.Methods A total of 400 patients undergoing emergency cesarean section who were treated in the hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 200 cases.The observation group was treated with dexamethasone at the Neiguan point,and the control group was treated with conventional methods.The incidence of nausea and vomiting,VAS scores,and heart rate and blood pressure were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in the observation group was 5.50%lower than that in the control group at 24.00%(χ2=27.218,P<0.05).The VAS score in the observation group was 1 h(3.01±1.09)points and 6 h(2.89±0.68)points,12 h(2.01±0.45)points and 24 h(1.45±0.32)points were lower than those in the control group(t=10.062,7.332,15.438,22.970,P<0.05).The observation group was treated after emergency cesarean section.Patients with SBP(110.23±3.82)mmHg,DBP(73.23±2.69)mmHg,and HR(75.13±3.32)times/min were lower than those in the control group(t=20.772,24.796,36.876,P<0.05).Conclusion The injection of dexamethasone in Neiguan points to prevent nausea and vomiting after emergency cesarean section has a significant effect,and it can improve its heart rate and blood pressure level,reduce pain.
