308准分子光联合白癜风浓缩丸治疗泛发型 白癜风的疗效与安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨308标准分子光联合白癜风浓缩丸治疗泛发型白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取该院于2016年1月—2018年2月接诊的126例泛发型白癜风患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为3组(每组42例),药物组口服白癜风浓缩丸,光疗组使用308准分子光进行照射,联合组在使用308准分子光进行照射的同时口服白癜风浓缩丸。对比3组治疗效果,记录治疗过程中的不良反应情况。结果治疗3个月后,联合组治疗总有效率为67.96%,高于药物组的34.65%与光疗组的56.76%(χ2=14.874,P<0.05);治疗6个月后,联合组治疗总有效率为82.52%,高于药物组的54.46%与光疗组的71.17%(χ2=19.182,P<0.05)。结论308准分子光联合白癜风浓缩丸治疗泛发型白癜风能够加快白斑色素恢复,其临床疗效显著,且不良反应较小,安全性好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 308 standard molecular light combined with vitiligo concentrated pills in the treatment of generalized vitiligo.Methods A total of 126 patients with generalized vitiligo treated from Janaury 2016 to February 2018 in the hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into 3 groups(42 cases each)using random number table method.The drug group was treated with vitiligo concentrated pills,and the phototherapy group was exposed with 308 excimer light.In the combination group,vitiligo concentrated pills were administered orally while 308 excimer light was used for irradiation.The treatment effects of the three groups were compared and the adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was 67.96%,which was higher than 34.65%of the drug group and 56.76%of the phototherapy group(χ2=14.874,P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group treatment was 82.52%,which was higher than 54.46%of the drug group and 71.17%of the phototherapy group(χ2=19.182,P<0.05).Conclusion 308 excimer light combined with vitiligo concentrated pills can accelerate the recovery of leukoplakia in patients with pancreatic vitiligo.The clinical effect is significant,the side effects are small,and the safety is good.
