云南跨境农产品物流安全影响因素研究

摘　　要：随着全球化时代的到来,各国联系愈加紧密。云南利用其独特的区位优势,本着走出去的态度,不断发展农产品出口业务,农产品出口到越南、新加坡、韩国、菲律宾等100多个国家,促进了跨境农产品物流的快速发展,但随之而来的农产品物流安全问题亟待解决。通过对相关文献的价值吸收及借鉴,构建跨境农产品物流安全的相关指标体系,并以跨境农产品物流相关的人员为对象进行线上线下调查,应用多元统计理论,采用因子分析方法,探究影响跨境农产品物流安全的公共因子,即从业人员的综合素质、储存条件、物流效率、供应链协作水平、口岸基础条件、信息化水平。因此,应大力培养跨境物流相关人才,提高工作人员素质;深化农产品物流信息化建设;加大农产品物流基础设备建设力度;加大口岸基础设施建设投入,便利贸易通关;进而提升云南跨境农产品物流整体安全水平。With the advent of the era of globalization,countries are increasingly closely linked.Yunnan Province keeps developing the export business of agricultural products with the attitude globalization.Agricultural products are exported to more than 100 countries including Vietnam,Singapore,South Korea and the Philippines,promoting the rapid development of cross-border agricultural products logistics.Through the absorption and reference to the value of literature and with the related personnel of crossborder agricultural products logistics to carry on the online survey,this paper discusses the cross-border agricultural products logistics related to the safety of index system.It concludes that it is necessary to train talents related to cross-border logistics and improve the quality of staff.
