摘  要:采用搅拌吸附的方式研究了钢渣对酸性枣红废水的吸附动力学,研究结果表明,酸性枣红废水的吸光度不受pH值的影响,最大吸收波长为490 nm;钢渣吸附酸性枣红与内扩散模型符合,动力学控制步骤是孔扩散过程;酸性枣红浓度为100 mg/L,搅拌转速达到250 r/min,外扩散影响基本消除;吸附过程符合准二级吸附速率方程,实际平衡吸附量为1.0734 mg/g,与准二级吸附速率方程的拟合结果较为接近,吸附速率为0.071 mg/(g·min)。The adsorption kinetics of steel slag to acid maroon wastewater was studied by means of stirring and adsorption.The results showed that the absorbance of acid maroon wastewater was not affected by pH and the maximum absorption wavelength was 490 nm.The kinetics control step was the pore diffusion process;the concentration of acid date red was 100 mg/L,the stirring speed reached 250 r/min,the effect of external diffusion was basically eliminated;the adsorption process conforms to the quasi-second adsorption rate equation and the actual equilibrium adsorption amount was 1.0734 mg/g,which was close to the fitting result of the quasi-second adsorption rate equation,the adsorption rate was 0.071 mg/(g·min).
