摘 要:为系统研究灌浆缺陷下装配式混凝土结构的受力性能,提出一种可行的有限元模拟方法。该方法采用截断钢筋模拟灌浆缺陷导致的钢筋连接失效,并结合多点约束绑定(MPC)的方式连接纤维单元。在此基础上,对混凝土柱及框架的抗震性能参数进行分析。研究结果表明:所提出的灌浆缺陷模拟方法适用性较强,其滞回性能模拟计算结果与试验结果较吻合;灌浆缺陷的数量及分布均对柱抗震性能产生较大的不利影响,当柱截面受拉或受压一侧的钢筋连接都有缺陷时其抗震性能下降更多;当柱钢筋连接存在灌浆缺陷时,框架抗震性能也有较大程度下降;相对于仅边柱存在灌浆缺陷的情形,边柱和中柱同时存在灌浆缺陷的框架结构抗震性能更差,其中,最不利情形下的耗能能力仅为完好框架的62.9%。To systematically study the mechanical performance of prefabricated concrete structures with grouting defects,a feasible simulation method was proposed.The method used cutting rebar to simulate the failure rebar connection caused by grouting defects and the multi-point constraint(MPC)method to connect fiber element.Based on this method,the parametric analysis of seismic performance was carried out for concrete columns and frames.The results show that the proposed method for grouting defects simulation presents a good applicability,and the simulation results of hysteretic performance are consistent well with the experimental results.Both the number and distribution of grouting defects lead to unfavorable effects largely on the seismic performance of columns,and an even larger reduction of seismic performance can occur when the rebar in the tension side or compression side of column cross-section is all connected with defects.When grouting defects exist in the rebar joint of column,the seismic performance of the frame structure decreases to a large extent.Compared with the case that only the side columns have grouting defects,the seismic performance is much worse for the frame structure with grouting defects in both the side columns and the middle columns,and in the worst case,the energy dissipation capacity of the frame is only 62.9%of perfect frame.
