摘  要:为了研究激光染料循环系统的性能,以实现对系统性能的优化,对一激光染料循环系统及其旋涡泵进行试验测量。首先对旋涡泵的能量特性、空化特性、压力脉动、振动和噪声特性进行测量,然后对染料循环系统中染料池进出口压力和染料循环器的压力脉动、振动特性、噪声和温度特性进行测量。研究结果表明:旋涡泵的最佳效率点对应的流量和效率随着工频的增加而升高;临界汽蚀余量随着流量和工频的增大而增大;压力脉动的宽频带随着流量的增大而缩短,压力脉动的均值随着工频的增加而增大;噪声随着流量上升总体呈下降趋势;染料池两端的压差随着工频和流量的增加而增大;染料循环器的压力脉动幅值随着工频增加而增大,随着流量增加而减小;测点M4,M5和M6振动速度幅值随着工频的增加而增大,测点M7则先减小后增大,各测点振动速度幅值随着流量增大而减小;噪声随着工频增加而增大,随着流量增加而减小;温度随着工频增加而升高,随着流量增加而降低。In order to study the performance of dye circulator system to optimize the performance of the system,a test system was built on the basis of the vortex pump and the dye circulator used in the dye circulator system.A dye circulator system with a vortex pump was chosen as the research object.The energy performance,cavitation characteristics,pressure fluctuation,vibration and noise characteristics of the vortex pump,as well as the pressure at both ends of the dye cell and the pressure fluctuation,vibration,noise and temperature of the dye circulator in the dye circulator system were mainly measured.The results show that the flow rate and the efficiency corresponding to the optimal efficiency point of the vortex pump increase with the increase of the power frequency.The critical NPSH increases with the increase of the flow rate and the power frequency.The broadband of the pressure fluctuation decreases with the increase of the flow rate.The mean value of the pressure fluctuation increases with the increase of the power frequency.The noise of the vortex pump decreases with the increase of the flow rate.The difference of the pressure at both ends of the dye cell increases with the increase of the power frequency and the flow rate.The amplitude of the pressure fluctuation in the dye circulator increases with the increase of the power frequency,and decreases with the increase of the flow rate.The amplitude of the vibration velocity at M4,M5 and M6 increases with the increase of the power frequency,while that at M7 decreases first and then increases.The amplitude of the vibration velocity decreases with the increase of the flow rate.The noise of the system increases with the increase of the power frequency,and decreases with the increase of the flow rate.The temperature increases with the increase of the power frequency,and decreases with the increase of the flow rate.
