摘 要:主要研究了油田生产水中Ca^2+含量变化对20号钢腐蚀行为的影响。利用高温高压腐蚀模拟实验,研究20号钢在不同工况下的腐蚀规律。利用OLI水化学分析软件计算了不同Ca^2+含量对结垢风险变化的影响。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、XRD和三维形貌观察等方法,分析了20号钢表面腐蚀产物的形貌和成分。结果表明:当Ca^2+含量小于1000 mg/L时,20号钢无结垢的风险,试样表面以全面腐蚀为主;当Ca^2+含量超过1000 mg/L后,20号钢的结垢量逐渐增大,垢层的主要成分为CaCO3,在垢层下形成的局部腐蚀有合并变大的趋势。This paper mainly studies the effects of Ca^2+content on corrosion behavior of 20^#steel in oilfield production water.High temperature and high pressure corrosion simulation experiments are used to study the corrosion law of 20^#steel under different working conditions.OLI hydrochemical analysis software is used to calculate the effects of different Ca^2+contents on scaling risk.Such methods as SEM,XRD and 3D morphology observation are used to analyze the morphology and composition of corrosion products on the surface of 20^#steel.The results show that when the Ca^2+content is less than 1000 mg/L,there is no scaling risk on the surface of 20^#steel and the surface of the sample is mainly general corrosion;when the Ca^2+content exceeds 1000 mg/L,the scaling risk of 20^#steel increases with the increasing of Ca^2+content and the main component of scaling is CaCO3.The local corrosion formed under the scale layer tends to merge and become larger.
