摘 要:对成品油库污水采用臭氧催化氧化—内循环BAF组合工艺开展深度处理中试研究。调整臭氧催化氧化段的臭氧投加量和HRT,考察污水处理效果,确定最佳工艺参数为:臭氧投加量=110 mg/L,HRT=2.5 h;考察内循环BAF不同HRT下的污水处理效果,确定最佳HRT=3 h。臭氧催化氧化—内循环BAF组合工艺处理二级生化段MBR出水,在进水COD>150 mg/L的水质条件下,出水可以稳定达到COD<80 mg/L,满足达标排放要求。臭氧催化氧化—合内循环BAF组合工艺作为一种集高级氧化和生化处理技术优势于一体的污水深度处理组合工艺,可以作为水运油库现有污水处理场提标改造的参考工艺。A pilot-scale study on advanced treatment of sewage from oil depots was carried out by combined process of ozone catalytic oxidation and internal circulation BAF.The ozone dosage and HRT in the ozone catalytic oxidation stage were adjusted to investigate the sewage treatment effect,and the optimum process parameters were determined as follows:ozone dosage=110 mg/L,HRT=2.5 h;the sewage treatment effect under different HRTs of internal circulation BAF was investigated,and the optimum HRT=3 h was determined.The combined process of ozone catalytic oxidation and internal circulation BAF was used to treat MBR effluent from secondary biochemical stage.Under the condition of influent COD>150 mg/L,the effluent could reach COD<80 mg/L stably and meet the discharge requirements.As a combined advanced wastewater treatment process that sets advanced oxidation and biochemical treatment technology advantages in one,ozone catalytic oxidation combined with internal circulation BAF can be used as a reference process for upgrading the existing sewage treatment plants of water transport oil depots.
