摘　　要：医院污水处理站是医院后勤管理的重要组成部分。通过分析医院污水处理站的现状和存在问题,采用BOT(建设-经营-转让)模式对医院污水处理站进行升级和改造,确定特许期和特许价格,改进污水处理工艺流程,并通过合同管理界定双方权责。运营后,提升了医院污水处理的技术水平和处理能力,提升了效率和安全性,推进了医院后勤职能服务社会化,为医院的正常诊疗活动提供有力保障。Hospital sewage treatment station is an important part of hospital logistics management.Though the analyses of the present situation and problems of hospital sewage treatment station,the Build-Operate-Transfer(BOT)mode was adopted to upgrade and reform the hospital sewage treatment station,determine concession period and concession price,improve sewage treatment process,and define the rights and responsibilities of both parties through contract management.After operation,it had improved the technical level and treatment capacity of hospital sewage treatment,improved the efficiency and safety,promoted the socialization of hospital logistics functions and services,and provided a strong guarantee for the normal medical activities of the hospital.
