摘 要:目的观察中药茉莉有效提取物对SHR的心室重塑的影响,并探讨其机制。方法SHR雄性大鼠随机分为SHR组,中药茉莉高、中、低剂量组,同时选取和年龄匹配的雄性wistar大鼠作为对照组。检测各组大鼠动脉血压、心率、左心室体重比,并检测心肌组织中MDA和SOD含量。结果与SHR组相比中药茉莉各治疗组大鼠心功能明显改善,MAP、LVSP和LVEDP明显降低,其中高剂量组下调明显[MAP(115.24±6.88)mmHg对比(177.53±6.17)mmHg;LVSP(121.53±13.05)mmHg对比(181.78±11.21)mmHg;LVEDP(12.05±5.12)mmHg对比(22.53±4.14)mmHg],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LVMI和左室壁厚度均不同程度的低于SHR组,高剂量组下调明显LVMI[(3.22±0.05)mg/g对比(4.65±0.07)mg/g;左室壁厚度(3.65±0.02)mm对比(4.87±0.11)mm],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在抑制氧化应激反应中,同样是中药茉莉高剂量组效果最为显著,SOD水平升高[(90.57±5.15)U/mL对比(65.22±8.12)U/mL(P<0.05)],MDA含量降低[(13.54±1.52)nmol/L对比(17.17±2.17)nmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药茉莉可以通过逆转心肌肥厚和改善氧化应激反应来抑制心室重构的危险。Objective To observe the effect of jasmine extract on ventricular remodeling of SHR and explore its mechanism.Methods Male SHR rats were randomLy divided into SHR group and high,medium and low dose groups,and male wistar rats matching the age were selected as the control group.Arterial blood pressure,heart rate,left ventricular weight ratio and MDA and SOD content in myocardial tissue were measured.Results Compared with the SHR group:the cardiac function of the rats in the treatment group was significantly improved,and the MAP,LVSP and LVEDP were significantly decreased,among which the high dose group was significantly down-regulated[MAP(115.24±6.88)mmHg vs(177.53±6.17)mmHg;LVSP(121.53±13.05)mmHg vs(181.78±11.21)mmHg;LVEDP(12.05±5.12)mmHg vs(22.53±4.14)mmHg,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)].the thickness of LVMI and left ventricular wall was lower than that of SHR group to varying degrees,and the decrease was significant in the high-dose group LVMI[(3.22±0.05)mg/g vs(4.65±0.07)mg/g;the thickness of left ventricular wall(3.65±0.02)mm vs(4.87±0.11)mm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)].in the inhibition of oxidative stress response,the same traditional Chinese medicine jasmine group had the most significant effect,with increased SOD level[(90.57±5.15)U/mL vs(65.22±8.12)U/mL,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)]and decreased MDA content[(13.54±1.52)nmol/L vs(17.17±2.17)nmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)].Conclusion Jasmine can inhibit the risk of ventricular remodeling by reversing cardiac hypertrophy and improving the oxidative stress response.
