COOK水囊用于妊娠晚期引产中的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨COOK水囊用于妊娠晚期引产中的效果及安全性。方法选取2018年5月—2019年2月该院收治的妊娠晚期住院引产孕妇80名进行研究,根据引产方式不同进行分组。对照组40名以小剂量催产素引产,观察组40名采用COOK水囊联合小剂量催产素引产,对两组促宫颈成熟有效率及引产成功率、产程时间、产后2 h出血量、分娩结局进行观察。结果观察组促宫颈成熟有效率为77.50%,引产成功率为97.50%,与对照组50.00%、80.00%比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.545、6.135,P<0.05);观察组第一产程时间、第二产程时间、产后2 h出血量与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿窒息、脐带脱垂、胎儿死亡、宫腔感染、产后出血等不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论COOK水囊联合小剂量催产素用于妊娠晚期引产中效果较好,具有较高的促宫颈成熟及引产成功率,也能缩短产程时间,改善分娩结局。Objective To explore the effect and safety of COOK water sac in the induction of labor in late pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 pregnant women admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to February 2019 for induction of labor in the third trimester of pregnancy were selected for the study.40 patients in the control group were induced to labor with a low dose of oxytocin,while 40 patients in the observation group were induced to labor with COOK water capsule combined with a low dose of oxytocin.Results The effective rate of cervical ripening was 77.50%,and the success rate of induction of labor was 97.50%.Compared with the control group,50.00%and 80.00%,the difference were statistically significant(χ2=6.545,6.135,P<0.05).The first labor time,the second labor time,and the postpartum 2 h bleeding volume of the observation group were statistically significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events such as neonatal asphyxia,umbilical cord prolapse,fetal death,intrauterine infection,and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion COOK water sac is used for better induction of labor in late pregnancy.It has a higher effect of promoting cervical ripening and success rate of induction of labor.It can also shorten the time of labor and improve the outcome of delivery.It is worth promoting.
