水晶番茄美白丸联合果酸、调Q激光治疗黄褐斑的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨水晶番茄美白丸联合果酸、调Q激光治疗黄褐斑的临床分析。方法选择在该院进行黄褐斑治疗的患者96例,选择时间为2017年12月—2018年12月,将患者分为3组,常规组行美白丸口服治疗,对照组行果酸、调Q联合治疗,实验组行美白丸、果酸、调Q激光综合治疗,3组患者均进行为期半年的治疗,对3组患者的临床疗效及不良反应进行比较分析。结果实验组治疗有效率(96.88%)较常规组(75.00%)明显更高,对照组不良反应发生率(25.00%)较常规组(6.25%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过口服水晶番茄美白丸联合果酸、调Q激光对黄褐斑患者进行综合治疗,可对治疗有效率进行提高,降低不良反应发生率,安全性和有效性得到保证,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of crystal tomato whitening pill combined with fruit acid and Q-switched laser in the treatment of chloasma.Methods Ninety-six patients with chloasma treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into three groups.The routine group was treated with whitening pills orally,the control group was treated with fruit acid and Q-switching combined therapy,and the experimental group was treated with whitening pills,fruit acid and Qswitching laser combined therapy.All three groups were treated with whitening pills,fruit acid and Q-switching laser for half a year.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the conventional group,the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(96.88%)was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(75.00%),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group(25.00%)was higher than that in the conventional group(6.25%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral crystal tomato whitening pill combined with fruit acid and Q-switched laser can improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,ensure the safety and effectiveness,and is worthy of clinical application.
