摘　　要：Th1、Th2、Th17和Treg等均属于CD4+T辅助细胞,其中在变应性疾病中Th2细胞可发挥显著的免疫效果,在临床中广泛应用。IL-9属于Th2型细胞因子,在变态反应中发挥重要作用,最新发现的一种CD4+T辅助细胞,可产生定量的IL-9,该亚群被命名为Th9,现阶段该亚群在变应性鼻炎中的具体作用机制尚未明确,该文以变应性鼻炎中Th9细胞及其产生的IL-9的研究进展作一综述如下。Th1,Th2,Th17,and Treg are all CD4+T helper cells.Among them,Th2 cells can exert significant immune effects in allergic diseases and are widely used in clinical practice.IL-9 belongs to Th2 type cytokines and plays an important role in allergies.A newly discovered CD4+T helper cell can produce quantitative IL-9.This subgroup is named Th9.The specific mechanism of action in allergic rhinitis has not been clarified.This article summarizes the research progress of Th9 cells and the IL-9 produced in allergic rhinitis as follows.
