颌间牵引联合微型钛板坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折的疗效分析  

Analysis of the Effect of Intermaxillary Traction Combined with Micro Titanium Plate Solid Internal Fixation on Jaw Fracture

摘　　要：目的观察颌间牵引联合微型钛板坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折的疗效。方法所选对象为该院2014年1月—2019年8月期间收治的96例颌骨骨折患者,按不同的治疗方法将其分为A组与B组,每组48例;对比两组治疗优良率、牙周指标变化、面部功能评分。结果B组治疗优良率(95.83%)高于A组(83.33%)(χ^2=4.040,P<0.05);治疗后,B组的PI、DI、GI分别为(1.42±0.18)分、(1.64±0.15)分、(1.72±0.35)分,A组为(1.20±0.11)分、(1.41±0.10)分、(1.32±0.47)分,B组的PI、DI、GI指数均高于A组(t=2.390、2.990、2.140,P<0.05);B组治疗后的颌面功能、开口功能、咀嚼功能评分分别为(0.52±0.14)分、(0.47±0.09)分、(0.42±0.08)分,A组为(1.19±0.12)、(1.11±0.08)、(1.05±0.07)分,B组治疗后的颌面功能、开口功能、咀嚼功能评分均低于A组(t=9.260、13.730、15.220,P<0.05)。结论颌间牵引联合微型钛板坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折,能够改善患者的牙周情况与面部功能。Objective To observe the effect of intermaxillary traction combined with micro titanium plate solid internal fixation in the treatment of jaw fractures.Methods The selected subjects were 96 patients with jaw fractures treated in the hospital from January 2014 to August 2019.They were divided into group A and group B according to different treatment methods,with 48 cases in each group;the two groups were compared of excellent rate,periodontal index change,facial function score.Results The excellent treatment rate(95.83%)in group B was higher than that in group A(83.33%)(χ^2=4.040,P<0.05).After treatment,the PI,DI,and GI of group B were(1.42±0.18)and(1.64±0.15),(1.72±0.35),group A was(1.20±0.11),(1.41±0.10),(1.32±0.47),and the PI,DI,and GI indexes of group B were higher than those of group A(t=2.390,2.990,2.140,P<0.05);the maxillofacial function,opening function,and chewing function scores in group B were(0.52±0.14)points,(0.47±0.09)points,(0.42±0.08)points,and group A was(1.19±0.12)points,(1.11±0.08)points,and(1.05±0.07)points.The maxillofacial function,opening function,and chewing function scores in group B were lower than those in group A(t=9.260,13.730,15.220,P<0.05).Conclusion Intermaxillary traction combined with micro titanium plate solid internal fixation for treatment of jaw fracture can improve the periodontal condition and facial function of patients.
