温阳降浊中药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析采用温阳降浊中药,其对治疗糖尿病肾病的有效性。方法该次实验指标选取该院2018年6月—2019年1月,在该院接收的糖尿病肾病患者120例,并将其分为研究组与对照组,其中,研究组60例,对照组60例。对照组60例糖尿病肾病患者采用常规西药治疗,研究组60例糖尿病肾病患者在对照组治疗的基础上服用温阳降浊中药进行治疗,治疗时间为60 d。对比观察两组的临床疗效。并对两组糖尿病肾病患者治疗前后阶段的血尿素氮、血肌酐以及24 h尿蛋白定量等指标进行对比分析。结果研究组60例糖尿病肾病患者治疗有效率明显优于对照组,经统计学对比分析,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.911,P=0.015<0.05)。经过为期60 d的治疗,两组患者的血尿素氮、血肌酐以及24 h尿蛋白定量等指标均有所下降,研究组患者相关指标的缓解结果明显优于对照组,经统计学对比分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实际的治疗过程中,温阳降浊中药可以有效缓解糖尿病肾病的相关病症,改善患者的肾功能。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of Wenyang Jiangzhuo Chinese medicine on diabetic nephropathy.Methods In this experiment,120 patients with diabetic nephropathy received in the hospital from June 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group,of which 60 were in the study group and the control group.60 cases with diabetic nephropathy in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine of warming and lowering turbidity on the basis of treatment in the control group.Compare the clinical effects of the two groups.The blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,and 24 h urinary protein quantification of patients with diabetic nephropathy before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results After observation,the treatment efficiency of 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.911,P=0.015<0.05).After 60 d of treatment,the blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,and 24 h urinary protein quantification of the two groups of patients decreased.The remission results of the related indicators of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group.After statistical analysis,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the actual treatment process,the traditional Chinese medicine of warming and reducing turbidity can effectively alleviate the related diseases of diabetic nephropathy and improve the renal function of patients.
