中医针灸结合综合康复训练诊疗小儿孤独症谱系障碍的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究中医针灸结合综合康复训练诊疗小儿孤独症谱系障碍的成效,促使此类病症诊疗率能够有所提升。方法选择该院儿童康复科于2016年1月—2019年8月期间收治的小儿孤独症谱系障碍患病儿童90例作为研究对象,分成两组(即对照组与实验组),45例/组,观察不同诊疗的具体成效。结果实验组患病儿童诊治成效总有效率为97.77%,明显高于对照组患病儿童的84.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.325,P=0.008);实验组患病儿童各项评分明显好于对照组患病儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组对名字的反应以及与他人眼神交流改善时间均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医针灸结合综合康复训练可以有效缓解孤独症谱系障碍儿童的临床症状,提升孤独症谱系障碍儿童的社会生活能力,有助于孤独症谱系障碍儿童的预后。Objective To study the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in the diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders in children,and to promote the diagnosis and treatment rate of such disorders.Methods Ninety children with autism spectrum disorders treated in our Children's Rehabilitation Department from January 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into 2 groups(control group and experimental group),45 people/group to observe the specific results of different diagnosis and treatment.Results The total effective rate of diagnosis and treatment of the children in the experimental group was 97.77%,which was significantly higher than 84.44%in the children in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.325,P=0.008)The scores of the sick children were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The response time of the experimental group to the name and the improvement of eye contact with others were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with autism spectrum disorder,improve the social life ability of children with autism spectrum disorder,and help the prognosis of children with autism spectrum disorder.
