摘　　要：目的研究氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病疗效。方法选择该院从2018年1月—2019年8月收诊的120例高血压合并冠心病患者进行研究,分组对比治疗有效率和治疗前后血压变化。结果对照组(81.67%)与观察组(98.33%)治疗有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.624,P=0.000);观察组收缩压(128±4)mmHg与对照组(145±5)mmHg比较,差异有统计学意义(t=12.451,P=0.000);观察组舒张压(81±2)mmHg与对照组(85±2)mmHg比较,差异有统计学意义(t=10.566,P=0.001)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病,可以提高质量效果,控制患者血压。Objective To study the efficacy of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were selected for study.The treatment efficiency and blood pressure changes before and after treatment were compared in two groups.Results There was a statistically significant difference in treatment effectiveness between the control group(81.67%)and the observation group(98.33%)(χ^2=13.624,P=0.000);the systolic blood pressure in the observation group(128±4)mmHg and the control group(145±5)mmHg,the difference is statistically significant(t=12.451,P=0.000);the comparison of diastolic blood pressure between the observation group(81±2)mmHg and the control group(85±2)mmHg,the difference has statistical significance(t=10.566,P=0.001).Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets can improve the quality of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease,control the blood pressure of patients,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
