ICU护理管理中应用层级护理管理的价值评估及研究

摘　　要：目的探究应用层级护理管理对于ICU护理管理模式的价值。方法研究抽取2018年6月-2019年6月于该院工作的护理人员共计44名以及同期于该院ICU病房进行治疗的患者共计80例作为该次研究的对象,并运用随机数表法将参与研究的护理人员分为对照组和观察组,每组22例。对照组护理人员采取常规的护理管理模式,观察组护理人员采取层级护理的护理管理模式,观察两组护理人员的护理质量、患者的感染率以及护理满意度。结果观察组护理人员的各项护理服务质量均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(90.00%)显著高于对照组护理满意度(52.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.730,P<0.05);观察组感染率为7.50%显著低于对照组为27.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.541,P<0.05)。结论 ICU护理管理中,应用层级护理管理模式的护理质量高,患者的护理满意度更优,能有效降低护理过程中的感染率,值得推广。Objective To explore the value of application-level nursing management to the ICU nursing management model.Methods A total of 44 nursing staff who worked in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 and a total of 80 patients who were treated in our ICU ward during the same period were selected as the subjects of this study. The nursing staff involved in the study were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 22 cases in each group. The nursing staff of the control group adopted the conventional nursing management model, the nursing staff of the observation group adopted the nursing management model of hierarchical nursing, and observed the nursing quality, patient infection rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of nursing staff. Results The quality of various nursing services of the nursing staff in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the observation group(90.00%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(52.50%), the difference was statistically significant(χ2=13.730, P<0.05);the infection rate in the observation group was 7.50%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group, which was 27.50%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 5.541, P<0.05). Conclusion In the ICU nursing management, the application of the hierarchical nursing management model has high quality of care, better patient care satisfaction, and can effectively reduce the infection rate in the nursing process, which is worth promoting.
