摘 要:目的探讨与分析多方位护理管理在产科护理工作中的应用效果。方法搜集2018年1月-2019年1月期间前来该院产科就诊116例产妇为研究对象,根据护理管理方案划分为参照组(传统护理)、研究组(多方位护理管理),各58例,统计两组产妇实施管理后护理质量评分、生活质量评分、护理纠纷及护理满意度情况,并予以评估。结果研究组基础护理、产前护理、产后护理、针对性护理及整体护理指标评分分别高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组躯体疼痛、生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康有关生活质量评分均优于参照组(P<0.05);研究组护理工作满意度、护理纠纷率分别为(96.55%)、(3.45%),均与参照组护理工作满意度(82.76%)、护理纠纷率为(15.52%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对产科护理管理中实施多方位护理管理模式可有效提高护理质量及护理满意度,降低护理纠纷事件,可作为首选的护理管理办法。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of multi-faceted nursing management in obstetric nursing. Methods A total of 116 maternal who came to the hospital for obstetrics from January 2018 to January 2019 were collected as research objects. They were divided into a reference group(traditional nursing) and a research group(multi-directional nursing management) according to the nursing management plan, with 58 cases each, statistics of nursing quality scores, quality of life scores, nursing disputes, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of women were counted and evaluated. Results The scores of the basic nursing, antenatal nursing, postnatal nursing, targeted nursing and overall nursing index scores in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, the difference was statically significant(P<0.05);physical pain, physiological functions, physiological functions, and social functions in the study group, emotional function,and mental health-related quality of life scores were better than the reference group,the difference was statically significant(P<0.05);the nursing work satisfaction and nursing dispute rates in the study group were(96.55%) and(3.45%), respectively,which were in line with the reference group. Compared with nursing job satisfaction rate of(82.76%) and nursing dispute rate of(15.52%), the gap was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing a multi-faceted nursing management model for obstetric nursing management can effectively improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction, reduce nursing disputes, and can be the preferred nursing management method.
