摘　　要：档案的信息化建设是指以档案管理模式从档案实体为中心,向档案信息为重心转变的过程。目前互联网计算机技术被广泛运用,许多有价值的电子文件需要被保存,以备不时之需。将大量的电子文件转化成电子档案进行存档这一过程很繁琐,需要精心策划,以免因操作不规范导致重要的电子档案信息丢失或泄露,既影响工作效率,又会带来隐患。该文就加大档案科技攻关,加快推进档案信息化建设进行讨论,希望可以为档案的信息化建设提供一些建议。The informatization construction of archives refers to the process of changing the archives management mode from archive entities to archives information as the focus. At present, computer technology on the Internet is widely used,and many valuable electronic files need to be preserved in case of need. The process of converting a large number of electronic files into electronic files for archiving is cumbersome and requires careful planning to avoid the loss or leakage of important electronic file information due to improper operations, which affects work efficiency and brings hidden dangers.This article discusses how to strengthen the scientific and technological research of archives and speed up the construction of archives informatization, hoping to provide some suggestions for the information construction of archives.
