摘 要:水泥和钢铁行业是我国两大重点耗能行业,这两个行业有着巨大的产量和能源消耗,它们成为我国两个主要CO2排放源。同时,这两个行业已进入全国碳排放权交易市场。水泥和钢铁行业的节能减排行动对于我国应对气候变化至关重要,也是实现我国水泥和钢铁工业可持续发展的重要保证,突破性的低碳技术无疑是推动两个行业节能减排的强劲引擎。综述了水泥和钢铁行业几种突破性低碳技术的原理、减排效果、障碍和措施,以期这几种低碳技术能得到进一步的研发、推广和应用,切实促进这两个行业的节能减排。The cement and iron/steel industries are the two major energy-consuming industries in China,which have huge output and energy consumption, making them the two major sources of CO2 emissions in China. Both industries have entered the national carbon emissions trading market. The action of energy conservation and emission reduction in the cement and iron/steel industries is an important measure for China to cope with climate change and an important guarantee for the sustainable development of China’s cement and iron/steel industries. Breakthrough low-carbon technology is undoubtedly a powerful engine to boost energy conservation and emission reduction in both industries. This paper analyzes the principles, the effect of emission reduction, the barriers and measures of several typically breakthrough low carbon technologies of cement industry and iron/steel industry. It is hoped that these technologies can be valued, popularized and applied to promote emissions reductions of both industries.
