摘　　要：为贯彻落实中国RoHS法规,控制和减少电器电子产品废弃后对环境造成的污染,保护环境和人体健康,增加绿色产品供给,促进绿色消费,国家市场监督管理总局会同工业和信息化部出台了中国RoHS合格评定制度。制度包括国推自愿性认证、自我声明两种方式及使用统一的绿色产品标识。两部委联合建立了电器电子产品有害物质限制使用公共服务平台,统一管理合格评定信息、规范自我声明格式、公布合格评定结果。In order to implement China RoHS regulation, control and reduce the environmental pollution caused by the waste of electrical appliances and electronic products, protect the environment and human health, increase the supply of green products, and promote green consumption, the State Administration for Market Regulation, together with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, jointly issued the China RoHS conformity assessment system, which includes national promoted voluntary certification and manufacture ’s self-declaration, and with a unified green product label. The two ministries jointly established a public service platform for restriction the use of hazardous substances in electrical al iances and electronic products, which is to unify the management of conformity assessment information, standardize the self-declaration format, and publish the results of conformity assessment.
