摘　　要：当前我国医疗事业的快速发展,对其质量可靠性方面提出了更高的要求。实践中为了实现对医疗质量的有效控制,增强与之相关的控制工作落实效果,则需要通过对医疗安全的充分考虑,构建好医疗质量控制体系,促使相应的控制计划实施更具科学性,最大限度地降低医疗质量问题发生率,满足医疗事业的可持续发展要求。鉴于此,该文将对基于医疗安全的医疗质量控制体系进行系统阐述。The rapid development of China's medical industry has put forward higher requirements on its quality and reliability.In practice,in order to achieve effective control of medical quality and enhance the implementation of related control work,it is necessary to fully consider medical safety,build a good medical quality control system,and promote the implementation of corresponding control plans to be more scientific and the largest.To reduce the incidence of medical quality problems to a minimum,and to meet the requirements of sustainable development of medical undertakings.In view of this,this article will systematically explain the medical quality control system based on medical safety.
