导联动态心电图与平板运动试验诊断老年冠心病的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析导联动态心电图与平板运动试验诊断老年冠心病的价值。方法抽取该院在2013年11月—2018年11月收治的80例老年冠心病患者,行导联动态心电图诊断的27例为导联组,行平板运动试验诊断的27例为平板组,行导联动态心电图联合平板运动试验诊断的26例为联合组,观察3组检验结果,并以冠状动脉造影结果为依据,观察3组对冠状动脉的检验结果。结果联合组特异性(80.30%)、敏感性(79.84%)、阴性预测值(63.87%)、阳性预测值(85.44%)均优于导联组(56.33%、62.54%、54.13%、74.59%)和平板组(68.14%、72.13%、59.22%、78.63%)。结论在老年冠心病的诊断中,导联动态心电图与平板运动试验均能实现优异的诊断价值,但两者合用可保证诊断的敏感性及特异性,有效提升诊断准确率,推广使用价值较高。Objective To analyze the value of lead electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in the elderly.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated in the hospital from November 2013 to November 2018 were selected.The 27 patients with lead electrocardiogram diagnosis were the lead group,and the 27 patients with treadmill exercise test were the plate group.26 cases diagnosed by lead electrocardiogram combined with treadmill exercise test were in the combined group,and the results of the three groups were observed.Based on the results of coronary angiography,the results of the coronary arteries were observed in the three groups.Results The specific group(80.30%),sensitivity(79.84%),negative predictive value(63.87%),and positive predictive value(85.44%)of the combined group were better than those of the lead group(56.33%,62.54%,54.13%,74.59%)and plate group(68.14%,72.13%,59.22%,78.63%).Conclusion In the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in the elderly,both lead dynamic electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise test can achieve excellent diagnostic value,but the combination of the two can ensure the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis,effectively improve the accuracy of the diagnosis,and have higher value for promotion.
