摘 要:目的尘肺患者应用螺旋CT低剂量扫描的诊断价值分析。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月该院诊治120例尘肺患者资料,按照随机数表分成两组,对照组予以常规剂量CT扫描,研究组予以低剂量CT扫描,分析两组诊断准确性、尘肺小阴影肺结节良恶性、各类型检出及扫描参数情况。结果研究组患者良性38.33%、不稳定50.00%,准确性93.33%,与对照组35.00%、56.67%及96.67%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.144、0.536、0.175,P>0.05);研究组q影61.67%、p影48.33%、t影66.67%及s影46.67%各类型检出,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.586、0.133、0.154、0.300,P>0.05);研究组患者DLP(103.26±37.25)mGY×cm、CTDIw(2.28±0.58)mGY,均比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(t=17.268、25.569,P<0.05)。结论尘肺患者应用螺旋CT低剂量扫描相比常规剂量,对小阴影肺结节诊断准确性、良恶性及各类型检出情况相符,但低剂量扫描参数更低,具一定临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of spiral CT low-dose scanning in patients with pneumoconiosis.Methods The data of 120 pneumoconiosis patients diagnosed and treated in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was subjected to routine dose CT scans,and the research group was subjected to low dose CT scans.The two groups were analyzed for accurate diagnosis,pneumoconiosis,benign and malignant lung nodules,various types of detection and scan parameters.Results The patients in the study group were benign 38.33%,unstable 50.00%,and accuracy 93.33%.Compared with the control group 35.00%,56.67%,and 96.67%,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(χ^2=0.144,0.536,0.175 P>0.05);q shadow 61.67%,p shadow 48.33%,t shadow 66.67%,and s shadow 46.67%were detected,which was not statistically significant compared with the control group(χ^2=0.586,0.133,0.154,0.300,P>0.05)DLP(103.26±37.25)m GY×cm and CTDIw(2.28±0.58)mGY in the study group were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=17.268,25.569,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional doses,spiral CT low-dose scans in pneumoconiosis patients are consistent with the diagnosis accuracy,benign and malignant,and various types of detection of small shadow lung nodules,but the low-dose scan parameters are lower and have certain clinical application value.
