良性阵发性位置性眩晕手法复位治疗277例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨良性阵发性位置性眩晕采用手法复位治疗的临床效果。方法选取该科2018年2月-2019年2月间在该科进行治疗的554例良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者为观察对象,随机分为两组,每组277例,观察组采用手法复位治疗,对照组给予药物治疗,比较两组治疗效果和复发情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.14%,对照组总有效率为57.40%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3、6个月复发率分别为3.97%、7.22%,显著低于对照组12.64%、19.49%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.253、11.449,P<0.05);观察组BBS评分(48.6±5.3)分,显著高于对照组(26.3±5.1)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.032,P<0.05)。结论手法复位在良性阵发性位置性眩晕的治疗中可有效改善患者眩晕症状,提高患者平衡能力,减少复发,效果显著,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of manual reduction in benign paroxysmal positional vertigo Methods A total of 554 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo who were treated in the department from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as observation objects.They were randomly divided into two groups with277 patients each.The observation group was treated with reduction method,the control group was given drug treatment,and the treatment effect and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.14%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 57.40%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rates in the observation group at 3and 6 months after treatment were 3.97%and 7.22%,respectively,significantly lower than the control group 12.64%19.49%,the difference between the two groups is significant(χ^2=10.253,11.449,P<0.05);the observation group BBS score(48.6±5.3)points,significantly higher than the control group(26.3±5.1)points,there was a significant difference(t=6.032,P<0.05).Conclusion Manipulative reduction in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo can effectively improve the symptoms of vertigo,improve the patient’s ability to balance,reduce recurrence,and has significant effects,which is worthy of clinical application.
