腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术后采用双极电凝止血与缝合止血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨双极电凝止血与缝合止血就腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术后的临床效果。方法就2017年1月-2019年2月时间区间内随机择取来该院实施腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗的86例患者为对象。基于单双号随机排序法均分成立研究与参照两组,各43例。参照组手术后运用缝合止血,研究组则实施双极电凝止血。对比两组各手术指标、术后各时间段卵巢功能情况。结果研究组手术指标[手术时间(42.17±7.32)min、出血量(57.56±9.42)mL、引流量(58.16±8.27)mL]均明显低于参照组[(54.24±9.86)min、(83.36±13.81)mL、(71.21±9.88)mL](t=10.815、17.967、10.349,P<0.05);术后3个月卵巢功能指标,研究组Fsh(9.01±1.42)U/L、Lh(8.89±2.23)U/L高于参照组(7.11±1.31)U/L、(5.87±2.10)U/L (t=9.548、9.438,P <0.05),E2 (306.27±38.27)pg/mL低于参照组(335.75±39.73)pg/mL (t=5.053,P <0.05);F0及Psv指标研究组(6.77±1.07)个、(9.53±1.67)cm/s均低于参照组(8.22±1.13)个、(12.51±1.85)cm/s (t=8.896、11.732,P<0.05)。结论两种止血均存在一定的短期影响,但缝合止血远期影响相对较小。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bipolar electrocoagulation and suture hemostasis after laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal. Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy were randomly selected from January 2017 to February 2019. The study and reference groups were equally divided based on the single and double number random ordering method, with 43 cases in each group. The reference group used sutures to stop bleeding after surgery, while the research group performed bipolar electrocoagulation to stop bleeding. The ovarian function of each group was compared between the two groups. Results The surgical indicators [(42.17±7.32)min,(57.56±9.42)mL,(58.16±8.27)mL] of the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group[(54.24±9.86)min,(83.36±13.81)mL,(71.21±9.88)mL](t=10.815,17.967,10.349,P<0.05);postoperative ovarian function index at 3 months, Fsh(9.01±1.42)U/L, Lh(8.89±2.23)U/L in the study group were higher than the reference group(7.11±1.31)U/L,(5.87±2.10)U/L(t=9.548,9.438,P<0.05)), E2(306.27±38.27)pg/mL lower than the reference group(335.75±39.73)pg/mL(t =5.053,P <0.05);F0 and Psv index study group(6.77 ±1.07),(9.53 ±1.67)cm/s were lower than the reference group(8.22±1.13),(12.51±1.85)cm/s(t=8.896,11.732,P<0.05). Conclusion Both types of hemostasis have short-term effects,but the long-term effects of suture hemostasis are relatively small.
