摘 要:听觉脑干诱发电位是一种非侵入性临床检查工具,是反映脑干听觉通路的神经兴奋、传导和传递的电生理现象。孤独症、脑瘫、注意缺陷多动障碍等小儿脑病患儿受年龄小、认知差以及配合度低等因素的影响,使患儿的检查工具类别局限。该文通过总结近年来国内外关于听觉脑干诱发电位在小儿常见脑病的研究进展,以期为小儿脑病的临床应用提供借鉴。The auditory brainstem evoked potential is a non-invasive clinical examination tool. It is an electrophy siological phenomenon that reflects the neural excitation, conduction and transmission of the brainstem auditory pathway.Children with autism, cerebral palsy, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and other pediatric encephalopathy are affected by factors such as young age, poor cognition, and low coordination, which limit the types of examination tools for children. This article summarizes the research progress of auditory brainstem evoked potentials in children with common encephalopathy in recent years, in order to provide reference for the clinical application of children with encephalopathy.
